The Rotator Cuff Injury Explained 

A Rotator Cuff injury is a common cause of shoulder pain. Injury to the Rotator Cuff will usually begin as inflammation, often referred to as Rotator Cuff tendonitis. The Rotator Cuff muscles (Subscapularis, Supraspinatus, Infraspinatus and Teres minor)are small muscles situated around the shoulder joint. Although they have individual actions, their main role is to work together to stabilise the humeral head (ball) in the shoulder socket.

Carpal Tunnel Syndrome

Carpal tunnel syndrome is a condition that results from the pressure on the median nerve - the nerve in the wrist that supplies feeling and movement to parts of the hand. It can lead to numbness, tingling, weakness, or muscle damage in the hand and fingers. Heel Pain and Plantar Fasciitis

Plantar fascitis is the most common cause of heel pain, affecting 10% of the population, and it accounts for approximately 15% of all foot-related complaints. It is characterized by pain and tenderness on the inside or bottom of the of the heel, in addition to pain along the arch of the foot.
