Dr. Martin Dziak    

Dr. Martin Dziak is a graduate of Wilfred Laurier University where he received his Honors Bachelor of Science Degree. He continued his education by receiving a Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from the National University of Health Sciences in Chicago Illinois in 2001. He considers his Chiropractic degree only the beginning of his education and has continued learning by taking courses in Medical Acupuncture, Active Release Technique, Shockwave therapy as well as becoming Certified Canadian Pedorthist in 2006. He specializes is the treatment of low back and neck pain that is caused by disk derangement. He is an active member of the Ontario and Canadian Chiropractic Associations and the College of Pedorthics of Canada.

Kevin Kelly    

Kevin Kelly is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario where he received his Honors Bachelor of Arts degree in Kinesiology. He then continued his education pursing an Honors Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy.

Kevin has been practicing in the Kitchener-Waterloo since 2002. He has extensive experience treating various injuries and conditions ranging from sports injuries, orthopedic surgeries, to pain resulting from motor vehicle accidents.

Continuing education training includes McKenzie Part A and B, Spinal Manual Therapy, TMJ Therapy and Laser Therapy.

Kevin is a member of the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario as well as the Canadian and Ontario Physiotherapy Associations.

Lee Quenneville   

Lee Quenneville has been a registered physiotherapist since 1999 and has clinical proficiency with all age groups and all fitness levels. His clinical focus is manual therapy including : mobilization / manipulation, McKenzie protocols, assisted isolytic stretching, muscle energy techniques, mobilization with movement, neuro-dynamic techniques, and mechanical spinal decompression. Lee also utilizes physical and electrical modalities in his treatment sessions, as well as Laser therapy.

For those patients who choose to include acupuncture into their treatments, Lee has been a certified orthopaedic acupuncture practitioner since 2001. His clinical experience reveals that patient outcomes can often be optimized and recovery expedited through acupuncture or electro-acupuncture for a vast number of dysfunctions.

Lee prides himself on solving both straight forward and multi-facetted dysfunctions for his patients with a systematic approach that incorporates his various skill sets and manual techniques. Lee makes himself available for daytime as well as convenient evening appointments 3 days per week.

Nir Saar   

Nir Saar is a Registered Acupuncturist (R.Ac.) and an active member of the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario.

He is an experienced practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), and is dedicated to supporting others in achieving their health goals by using gentle fine needle acupuncture to help calm the central nervous system, supporting chronic health conditions and treat structural and musculoskeletal pain.

After graduating from the Institute of Traditional Medicine in Toronto, Nir began his practice in Guelph and presently practices in Kitchener and Stratford. In addition to his training in acupuncture, Nir has completed programs in Reiki, Shiatsu massage, and Craniosacral Therapy, and he began his studies to become osteopathic manual practitioner.

When not at the at the clinic he spends time with his wife and two children and loves to be with them in Algonquin Park.

Kevin Lau   

Kevin Lau started his education obtaining an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo in 2009. Followed by Massage Therapy School and became a Registered Massage Therapist in 2011. His massage therapy experience includes working at the Waterloo Sports Medicine facility prior to joining Target Therapeutics.

He continues to further his education by studying Osteopathy at Canadian College of Osteopathy and is set to graduate the fall of 2017.

Kevin takes his knowledge from over 10 years of post-secondary education and personal athletics to treat injury and discomfort quickly and effectively so that his patients can continue to do the things they love.

Danijela Boronka   

Danijela is a graduate of the Medix School of Massage Therapy.  Prior to commencing her practice at Target Therapeutics she was a Massage Therapist and Physiotherapist in Europe and  for a period of time, worked with the men's Bosnian national volleyball team.

She has experience treating conditions related to repetitive stress, poor posture, sports injuries, whiplash and everyday aches and pains.

Danijela is a member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario as well as the Ontario Massage Therapy Association.

Cojanna Gruber   

Cojanna graduated from Brock University where she received a Bachelor of Arts with honours in Fine Arts.  She then chose to pursue her interest in  health care,  completing courses in Therapeutic Touch, Reiki and Jin Shin Do, A natural progression leading to her graduating with honours from the Medix School of Massage Therapy.

Since becoming a member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario,  Cojanna has been treating sports injuries, postural conditions, aches and pains due to work, pregnancy and motor vehicle accidents.

With a keen interest in life long learning Cojanna has recently taken courses including Indie Head Massage and Lomi Lomi. In the future Cojanna plans to focus on Manual Lymphatic Drainage and acupressure.

Jarrett Amor   

Jarrett Amor is a graduate of the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy and is a member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. His focus is on the treatment of pain originating in the muscles from poor posture, repetitive stress and sports injuries. He likes to perform deep muscle work via deep tissue massage however he can also ease up the pressure and include relaxation as a part of your massage experience. Jarrett plans to further his education by attending osteopathy school in the near future.

Tanya Budimlic   

Tanya Budimlic is a graduate of the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy. She enjoys treating aches and tightness using a combination of deep tissue therapeutic techniques used  to decrease pain and improve muscle function.

Her focus is to use her knowledge of human anatomy to increase people's well being and overall health and performance. She is an active runner and enjoys participating in 5ks, 10ks, and half marathons, and hopes  to progress to a full marathons. She plans on furthering her education with courses on sport injuries, and myofascial massage.

Rachel Hobson   

Rachel Hobson graduated from the Canadian College of Massage & Hydrotherapy in 2009 and is a member in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. Rachel’s passion is investigating the underlying cause of pain, taking an approach in treatment that is client specific, or referring to a practitioner who can.

Since completing her training, she has continued her education in: advanced assessment, Schweitzer’s deep tissue therapy, myofascial release, muscle energy techniques, positional release, strain-counterstrain, craniosacral therapy & mobilization of the spine and extremities.

Rachel presently teaches at the Canadian College of Massage & Hydrotherapy in Cambridge. Her roles since 2011 include Clinic Supervisor, Teaching Assistant, Outreach Supervisor, & Lead Instructor. Each week, Rachel coordinates the CCMH student massage program at Hospice Wellington in Guelph, where treatments are provided for palliative residents, primary caregivers, and those who are bereaved.

Jenna Paddock   

Jenna is a graduate of the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy and is a member in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. Before beginning her journey as a massage therapist, Jenna completed her bachelors degree in Kinesiology and Physical Education, and began working as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Throughout her time studying, Jenna as taken a special interest in the geriatric population with experience working in nursing homes. She has gained understanding and education in treating a variety of pathologies associated with the aging population such as Parkinson's, arthritis, general immobility, etc. Jenna also has experience and interest in treating TMJ dysfunction, tension headaches, and plantar fasciitis.

Jenna has always had a passion for helping people. She takes great pride in her career which is focused on assisting in the health, wellness, and rehabilitation of others. Jenna incorporates both therapeutic treatments as well as relaxation treatments all specifically geared toward the individual needs of each client. She will be taking continuing education courses in craniosacral therapy, myofascial release, and a variety of others to allow her clients to have the most beneficial treatments possible.

Justine Precepa   

Justine graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2016 and is a member of both the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario, and the Registered Massage Therapists Association of Ontario. She has an eye for investigating the causes of pain and imbalances within the musculoskeletal system, interpreting why they are, and determining the safest and most effective approach to treating them. She has excellent strength for anyone who needs thorough deep tissue work, however her strength can also be translated into a gentle and soothing approach that can put you to sleep.

Justine believes that good communication between patient and therapist is key, and tries to ensure every patient feels comfortable with asking any questions they may have. She enjoys helping people find a moment of peace in their day, and help restore balance to their body and mind. She feels that when the body is at ease, the mind will follow suit, and vice versa.

In the future she looks forward to taking advanced courses in TMJ massage, myofascial release, acupuncture, and aims to become a certified yoga instructor.

Amanda Martin   

Amanda attended the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy.  She graduated in 2006, and has been treating in KW region going into her 10th year. She has extended experience in working with conditions such as: Postural stress, repetitive strain, whip lash (motor vehicle accidents), pregnancy, fibromyalgia, every day aches and pains, and general stress reduction.

Amanda’s approach to treatment is to try and figure out the root cause of the dysfunction.  She loves the challenge that sometimes comes with more complicated cases, as she enjoys problem solving.

She bases her treatment on a structure/function relationship and treats accordingly.  But still aims to have a relaxation component that makes it enjoyable.

Amanda has taken other courses in: Muscle Energy, Electrotherapy (Tens machine), Hot stone, NISA (level 1), Acupressure (level 2) and is currently attending the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in Hamilton. (3rd year of 4 year program)

Tori
